AllBeam Marketplace & Subscriptions Addendum

1. When this Addendum applies

This Addendum applies when you use any of these features in bewrk or flwrk:

• a profile listed in the bewrk directory or search;
• listings, portfolios, reviews and community posts;
• quotes, surveys, agreements, bookings and appointments;
• payment requests, payments and payouts;
• business phone lines and other paid features;
• subscriptions (Foundation, Artisan and Keystone), the referral program and Founding Crew.

Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Account Terms.

2. Creators and Explorers

• Creators (also shown as Experts) offer skills and services. They can list services, show a portfolio and appear in local search.
• Explorers (also shown as Clients) are looking for help. Their skills are hidden from search.
• You choose your role in your profile settings and can change it at any time.
• One person or business per account, unless we allow team or multi-location profiles under a paid plan.

3. AllBeam's role

AllBeam provides the venue and tools for members to find, message and book each other. AllBeam is not a party to any agreement, transaction or arrangement between members. We do not employ Creators, do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service offered or performed, and do not verify members' qualifications except where we explicitly say so (for example, a verified badge). Any contract for services is solely between the members involved. Creators are responsible for the licences, insurance and taxes their services require.

4. Profiles, listings and public content

• Accuracy. Keep your profile and listings accurate: the right category, real photos of your own work, and clear descriptions of what you offer.
• Review. New listings may be reviewed before they become public. We may decline or remove any listing or content that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.
• Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
• Licence for public content. For content you choose to publish publicly in bewrk or flwrk (a listed profile, listings, portfolio, reviews and community posts), in addition to the licence in the Account Terms you allow AllBeam to display it publicly in the AllBeam network, in search results and link previews, and to feature it within AllBeam apps and sites and when promoting the AllBeam marketplace. Make your profile private, or delete the content, to stop new uses.

5. Plans and subscriptions

AllBeam offers a free plan (Foundation) and paid plans (Artisan and Keystone). Plan features and prices are on our Pricing page. Every plan is free during the pre-launch period, with no card required; paid plans start at full launch.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for partial periods.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply to future billing periods.
• Subscriptions bought through an app store are billed and refunded under that store's terms.

6. Messaging limits and fees

• Each plan's messaging allowance is shown on the Pricing page (for example, Foundation members can message up to 7 clients or pros per month).
• Paid features such as business phone numbers show their charges, billing period and cancellation terms at the point of purchase.
• Do not get around any fee, messaging limit or other restriction of your plan, for example by using several accounts.

7. Referral program

Every AllBeam member has a personal referral link.

• Completed referral. A referral is completed when someone signs up through your link and completes their profile: a profile photo, a bio, a service category and a location.
• Points. Each completed referral earns you 1 point. There is no cap.
• Free months. You choose when to redeem points: 2 points = 1 free Artisan month, 3 points = 1 free Keystone month. Redeemed months are kept on your account as free months of that plan.
• No cash value. Points and free months have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• Fair play. Referring yourself, or using fake or duplicate accounts, does not count. We may remove points earned that way.

We may change or end the referral program. Changes apply from the date we announce them.

8. Founding Crew

Founding Crew is a limited program that runs from pre-launch through full launch.

• Who qualifies: pros who join during the pre-launch or beta period and remain active through full launch. Eligibility is confirmed by AllBeam, and we mark eligible members on their account. If you think you qualify, email us.
• Reward: refer 3 pros who complete their profile before full launch, and your first 3 months of Artisan are free after full launch. Refer 9, and your first year of Artisan is free.
• Founding Crew benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the program before full launch.

9. Payments between members

• Stripe. Payments between members (for example, for a booking, an agreement or a payment request) are processed by Stripe. To receive payouts, a provider creates a Stripe account and accepts Stripe's own terms.
• Fees. AllBeam currently takes no fee from payments between members; Stripe's processing fees apply. If we introduce a fee, we will tell you before it applies and show it before any payment.
• Between the members. The price, delivery, refunds and disputes for a service are between the client and the provider. Card disputes follow Stripe's and the card network's processes.
• We do not store full card numbers. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Community Guidelines and enforcement

Our Community Guidelines are part of this Addendum and apply to everything you do in the marketplace: your profile, listings, portfolio, messages, reviews and posts. Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, limit features, or suspend or remove accounts.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Addendum. The version and effective date at the top show the current one, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Questions: support@allbe.am.
