Any Artisan or Keystone member gets a personal referral link.
For every 3 pros who sign up through your link and complete their profile, you earn 1 month free added to your next billing cycle.
No cap — refer 6, get 2 months free. Refer 12, get 4 months free.
"Complete their profile" means: photo, bio, service category, and location filled out — minimum.

Why this works: It's ongoing, so it keeps referrals happening past launch. It also ties the reward to quality signups, not just clicks.
